A change in health, career, job, or life. Loss of a loved one, job, or relationship. I'm your partner through life's changes. I bring many unique and challenging life experiences to our coaching relationship. I have deep knowledge and experience in career transitions, loss of spouse and mother, other grief experiences, and solid resiliency skills. About Teresa Bitner, PMP, M. Ed., PCCTeresa has a unique set of talents and experiences that gives her the ability to coach individuals and businesses to achieve their goals - both professional and personal.
She's been working professionally as a coach since 2014 when she founded Bold Fulfilled Coaching. She has been coaching people in many different areas for over 20 years. Teresa has over 20 years IT industry experience where she was a team lead, manager, mentor, and project manager of both small and large world-wide diverse leading teams to success. Teresa chose to leave high-tech and spend more time with her two sons while they were in school. She then started her education career and has 9 years experience in education working in special education and as a middle school classroom teacher. In education, she worked as a department head, team lead and mentor, working with parents, students and other educators and administration for what was best for students success. Teresa regained the joy of life and living fully after the significant loss of her first spouse in 2009. The journey from gut wrenching grief to boldly living and her own life coaching experiences led her to leave the classroom to help others find their passion and live their true unique lives. Teresa is an experienced professional coach in providing, executive, leadership development, career change, job search and interview prep coaching. Teresa also has the life experiences of dealing with her elderly parents as remote caregiver where she learned about elder transitions including; independent living, assisted living, in home care, hospice care, the eventual death of her mother due to congestive heart failure, and now memory care for her father with dementia. These life experiences have enriched her life and given her a unique outlook on resiliency and living boldly in a world of change. She is happily remarried and her sons are grown and living amazing lives. She wants everyone to know there is life after loss and no one has to do this alone. She has been at the highest of highs in life and brought to the lowest of lows and is very blessed to be living an amazing BOLD Fulfilled life. Teresa partners with others to find an amazing life and learn skills to live fully, boldly and with no regrets. She loves working with people who desire to bounce back and move ahead in life. Teresa believes in giving back to her community. She served 4 years on the ICF Greater Austin Board of Directors as Community Outreach Chair and Secretary. Served on the Texas Coaches Coalition board of directors. She has volunteered as a pro-bono coach for ICF Greater Austin, Women for Change Coaching Community, and Stand Beside Them.
