How does it work? |
In our mentor coaching we'll work together on your coaching skills and how aligned they are with the ICF Core Competencies. I will provide feedback in an appreciative and collaborative process based on an observed and at least 1 recorded coaching session. The intent of mentor coaching is to increase your capability in coaching with the ICF Core Competencies.
The rate for mentor coaching $2500 for the 10 hours for ICF. I'm all about supporting other coaching in credentialing and not making the process more difficult or expensive than necessary. |
