Working Through Change, Loss & Grief
I want to see you move through the miasma of grief and loss from the uncertainty we live in. The world as we know it has changed and continues to change.
There is so much pain and grief surrounding this unprecedented time of change and loss. Just existing can bring up a lot of raw emotions and rob us of the joy of life.
First, if you or someone you know has been directly impacted by any of this, I acknowledge you and the impact now matter now great or small. You are loved and not alone.
Second, it’s hard to NOT to be impacted by all of what's going on in the world. Our lives have been changed forever. Just living in this “new normal” is enough to make us feel very uncomfortable. Feelings of grief and or sadness after a stressful and or traumatic experience is normal.
We’re all impacted in some way or another and there’s grief surrounding us. The world is grieving. We’re in what experts are calling collective mourning.
I can feel the deep heavy feeling of this grief.
I want to help lift that and move us through to the light.
