First, thank you – my readers, friends, family, and those who have supported me throughout this venture of life. I am blessed beyond measure with support that surrounds me – my prayer warriors, spiritual guides, writing peers, coaching colleagues, and clients.
I am especially grateful for my amazing supportive and encouraging husband, my three young sons, and my new daughter-in-law. I am grateful for the new adult child relationships I have with them.
I am thankful I live in the United States of America - a country we are free to worship, speak, write and live with many freedoms others do not have. I grateful I have a home, food, water, and the resources to provide for others and myself. I have my health and am finally at a healthy weight. I am thankful for my alternative health providers that continue to provide me a high quality of life. I am thankful I am an entrepreneur and able to own my own business and serve hope and educate the world with my gifts and passions.
What are YOU thankful and grateful for? When was the last time you reflected deeply on this topic?
What if you aren’t feeling so thankful and you are grieving? I offer support - see details below.
I have been on a journey to learn more and provide more tools for building resiliency. I have found that being thankful plus expressing gratitude equals resiliency. It is not difficult to do but can take some practice to make a part of your everyday life.
