We’re going to dig a bit deeper into confidence building actions you can take – these may take longer but can give longer last results.
You may be at a place where no matter what you can’t get your groove back and feel low about your confidence. This has been referred to a confidence depletion. It happens to all of us. Sometimes all at once or after a series of setbacks. It’s normal. Most times we may bounce back quickly but in 2021 I’m finding several of my clients unable to bounce back like they did and seeking help and support to find their groove.
When you’re depleted and confidence is waning - it’s a great time to take action. Taking action will help move you towards higher confidence.
Here are some actions to build confidence
