Here's a great resource about the Fourth of July - this link includes history, facts, how to fly the flag correctly, fireworks safety, PTSD, ways to volunteer and more…
My Memorial Day Blog has additional resources for honoring those who have served as well.
Mid-Year Check-In
Wow, it’s already 3rd quarter for 2018!! How on earth did we get here, it was just April?
Now is a great time to reflect over your 2018. How’s it going? Are you where you wanted to be in 2018? If so, take a moment to acknowledge that – whoo hoo!! You go!!
If not, it’s not the end of the world. We all fall short sometimes. There is another half of 2018 to get back on track with those 2018 goals and resolutions. A great way to do this is with a mid-year check-in.
Take a moment and do a mid-year check-in. Here is an article I wrote in 2017 detailing how to do this process and why it might a good thing for you. If you’d like support through this process, contact me. I’d be happy to support you through this process as I do this myself.
In closing, as we celebrate - let's pause to thank those who have fought for our freedom and who continue to do so in our military. Freedom isn't Free. Thank you to all of those who have served. I honor and appreciate all you’ve sacrificed.
Want to give back to those who have served? Check out my fundraiser for Stand Beside Them - Free Veteran's coaching non-profit. Any amount is greatly appreciated and helps SBT continue to serve veterans across the country.
Thank you in advance for your generosity!
Please share, like and forward to anyone who may benefit. Comments are welcome! Let's engage and connect!
Much peace, love and blessings,
