What successes have you had this month?
Success doesn’t have to be huge. They can be small and simple. Success can be huge as well. Make a list.
No matter what - Take time to celebrate them all. You matter and your success big and small matter!
Here's a few of mine over the last month. Big and small.
From the small and simple as I took a walk today, I got up 15min. early, I ate healthier yesterday. I went and did that blood work the doctor asked me to.
Big ones - booked another speaking opportunity. I’ll be in the Writer’s League of Texas tent doing a book signing with Soul Love at the Texas Book Festival!
Let’s take a review of September – How to Succeed at Life
Week one - Prioritize What Matters in week one. I found the daily quotes and journal topic useful in re-prioritizing what matters most. My health is my top priority for now.
The second week – Determination and Resiliency. Great reminders for being resiliency. I particularly liked discussing what can I be persevering in and what to be determined about. I’ve been having some major auto immune disease challenges. I’m determined to be as healthy as I can and get modern and alternative health care.
Week three was about Successful Habits – I looked into what habits are helping propel me forward and which ones are holding me back. Not much fun to look at those holding me back but, I know I can move forward. Baby steps….
Week four we’ve been Learning from Mistakes and Failures. Failure is the F word for many of us. However, if we don’t fail we’ll never learn. I look at failure as a great learning and growth opportunity. This week I get to learn from not fully meeting a client’s expectations. Prickly and ouchy but, great opportunity to grow and learn.

I got some major tasks completed. Planned out the last quarter of the year. I discovered some renewed energy. I made a few new habits. I’m learning from my failure and mistakes. I’m determined to be as healthy as I can. Celebrating by resting.
