Celebration and acknowledgement are key resiliency skill.
How has 2021 been for you?
My year has been good, I have a sense of continued slower pace with time to write. I have been able to see family and friends in person and even attended a retreat in person (with all vaccinated people). I’m being mindful of how I spend my time in 2021.

Doing a check in and reflecting is a positive way to build resiliency and mindfulness to your life. As you move forward into the year remember to do the most important things first and prioritize the most important things. Savor the good times and learn from the challenges life brings you. Carpe Diem!
I hope that your 2021 is going well for you and that this exercise can help you celebrate what you’ve accomplished and reignite you for the rest of the year.
