I’ve been gifted with multiple experiences of death and dying throughout my life. It seemed to me that life is about living and death happens. I’ve never been too squeamish or leery of talking about death or dying. Death is a part of the big circle of life. As I grew up and through my life, I have experienced friend’s suicides, friend’s deaths from car accidents, deaths of family members to cancer and old age complications. I have survived the tragic sudden loss of my first husband in a motorcycle accident. Most recently I've experienced my mothers death and transitions through the various living and hospital types of the elderly (in home care, assisted living, hospice, nursing home, rehab facilities, etc.). All of these experiences have led me to realize not everyone is comfortable with death or dying. Much less talking about it or planning for it.

I partner with others before, during, and after a major life change or loss. I am called to share my experiences so that others can grow, learn, and prepare for death and dying. It’s not IF, it’s WHEN. Are you prepared? If not, let’s get prepared.
