What if you aren’t feeling so thankful and you are grieving? I have a free webinar, Grief Triage: Strategies for the Holidays Mon. 11/28 and a program starting Mon. Dec. 5 to deal with grief and the holidays that may be useful for you or someone you know. Details below.
What am I thankful and grateful for? There is so much to mention. First, my amazing supportive and encouraging husband Bill. He’s been my rock through the storm. Next, my three young sons that have also been supportive and continue to grow into amazing men. I am grateful for the new adult child relationships I have with them. Friends and family, I am truly grateful for all of my friends and family near and far, that are always there, checking in, encouraging, my prayer warriors, sharing the good and the not so great. I am truly blessed by my clients both individual and corporate. You have been bright spots in my life and I’ve learned so much from you as I serve you. My coach colleagues and friends – what a rich diversity of experiences and people to bolster my coaching abilities. I am thankful for YOU, those that read my writing!
I am thankful I live in the United States of America; in this country we are free to worship, speak, write and live with many freedoms. I am thankful I have a home, food, water, and the resources to provide for others and myself. I have my health and given I have an autoimmune disease I know how blessed I am to be living a full life relatively pain free. I am thankful for my alternative health providers that continue to provide me a high quality of life. I am thankful I am an entrepreneur and able to own my own business and live my life according to my gifts and passions.
What are YOU thankful and grateful for? When was the last time you reflected deeply on this topic?
