What’s next after COVID-19 isolation? Just think of the possibilities! I often ask clients what’s their next chapter of life?
A characteristic of resilient people is that they can see past the current crisis and into the future. This question prompts future possibility thinking while opening the mind into creative positive potential.
I yearn for the world to be more compassionate, kind, loving and living in peace and harmony. Together is better. Let’s be mindful moving forward.
Coming out of isolation is upon for some of us and others in the future. Before we embark back into the world, let’s pause and reflect. What do you want to write in your book of life for the remainder of 2020?

Here’s to your next chapter after COVID isolation. My aim is that as we move towards the next chapter as a global community that we do so mindfully keeping the good and rejecting negative.
