First week of December and it’s already the last month of the year. Zoinks, how’d that happen?
Phew what a year it’s been. So full and so many life changes in the Bitner world. It was a good year and I am so grateful for that. Not every year has been good or even OK.
On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your year?
1 being awful and 10 being amazing ...
Whereever you find yourself on this scale - it’s 200% okay and normal. Some years we have those amazing great top 10 years and others those low scoring really hard tough years with challenges that frankly we wish we could do over or forget. That is life and what living is all about both the up and down of life.
This time of year, is a period of reflection for many, including myself. It can be a useful process to stop and take a few minutes to review the last year for those wins you forgot about.
Wherever you are with how the year is ending, let me give you some quick review and planning steps that can set you up for the new year. I use these with clients and do this process myself.
My goal is to give you tools to review your year savoring the good, learning from the not so great. So that, in the new year you can prepare and plan your year for you and your wants and needs. Take what works for you and do what makes sense.
