I’ve always resonated with this saying. I find it a great reminder when I’m down or feeling defeated. Living life, loving, laughing, and showing up for life are resiliency skills.
Live a great story = Live a great life
How do you live?
What’s the story you’re living?
Are you living your life or someone else’s?
What does showing up for life mean to you?
Love = The capacity to love and be loved.
What do you love?
How do you show love?
Who do you love?
What do you love about your life?

• If you're grieving, here's an article about living loving and laughing even in grief.
I have a quote in my office, “a day without laughter, is a day wasted.” By Charlie Chaplin. This quote has hung in my office and classroom for years. Somedays laughter seems far away but laughter is truly the best medicine. Chaplin is also quoted as saying Laughter is the tonic, the relieve and surcease for pain.
Laugh – much and often.
What makes you laugh or smile?
How can you share laughter?
What’s the funniest thing you’ve seen or heard this week?
I wish you all much love, life and laughter! Live is much too short to do without!
What does Live, Love, Laugh Mean to you?
