Take some time to just be
1 Slow down
2 Get rest
3 Get outside, take a walk. Sunshine with natural vitamin D and nature are great for your body & mind
4 Unplug – shut off all devices & media. Tune into quiet.
5 Meditate or pray. Take a few minutes daily to sit quietly and do some deep breathing.
If you’ve got the blue and not feeling it. Doing the holidays when you don’t feel like it is a good read. You can say no – it’s OK

As we wind down another year, take time for reflection, peace, celebration, relaxation and nourishment for you and your soul. These are resilience skills.
